Bio » Jeff Iorillo

An obvious student of pure, bold, modern style, Jeff Iorillo counts many modern masters as his greatest influences. Among them are Mid-Century abstract Action Painter Jackson Pollock, and San Francisco Abstract Expressionists’ figurative work by Diebenkorn, David Park and Nathan Oliveira. A graduate of Stanford University in Palo Alto, Iorillo (who is fluent in Italian) also studied art history, architecture and classics in Florence, Italy before studying painting at The San Francisco Art Institute. Iorillo’s work has been placed in both residential and commercial spaces across the country. He has commissioned large works for several hotel projects. Jeff’s paintings are frequently used by set-designers in television and film production. His work has been selected by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) for their rental & sales gallery. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jeff splits his time between the Bay Area and his home in Hollywood’s Laurel Canyon.
